Beauty Gives Back Empowering Beauty Pros Through Education and Motivation

Salon pros wanting to deep dive into motivation, business, and next-level mindset are invited to Beauty Gives Back, happening Sunday, September 15, 2024, in Oak Brook, Illinois. Beauty Gives Back is bringing together beauty industry leaders, top-notch artists, and innovative brands to support beauty professionals at all career stages.  

Panelists from across the beauty industry and more will be giving back and sharing their achievements and their failures in a straightforward, dynamic, no-nonsense way. 

This one-day industry event is a groundbreaking movement featuring influential beauty industry leaders, artists, and brands. The event aims to support beauty professionals at all career levels through development, networking, and connection. Attendees will have access to the tools, guidance, inspiration, knowledge, and motivation needed to succeed at every stage of their journey. 

Julie Hightower, founding board member of the Daisie Foundation, and Mireya Villarreal, founder of the Pink Pewter Foundation, inaugurated the event in 2023 by coming together after partnering for many years with their nonprofit organizations. “Now in our second year, Beauty Gives Back will be bigger and better with more impact, inspiration, and empowerment,” said Hightower. “We are building on our strong foundation and providing development for the beauty community.”
