2019 Spring Scholarships are Open!

The Beauty Changes Lives Foundation is committed to uniting the beauty industry to support the next generation of beauty and wellness professionals. Since it’s inception, the foundation has awarded more than $2 million and more than 300 scholarships to cosmetology, nail, massage, and esthetic students.

If you are a new or current student, we encourage you to apply! 2019 Spring Scholarships are open and accepting applications until April 30, 2019. There are eight scholarships to award this spring for a total of $80,400 so don’t delay on this amazing opportunity!

The Andrew Gomez Dream Foundation Student Scholarship - Esthetics or Nails
Open to new and current students attending an accredited esthetics or nail program in the United States. Two scholarships worth up to $2,500.
The Andrew Gomez Dream Foundation Student Scholarship - Cosmetology or Barbering
Open to new and current students attending an accredited barber or cosmetology program in the United States. Two scholarships worth up to $2,500.

CosmoProf – Licensed to Create
This scholarship provides an opportunity for new or current students enrolled in a cosmetology program to win $5,000 to help offset the cost of tuition.


MUD - Make-up Designory
Open to any student who is enrolled in any cosmetology or esthetics program that offers a MUD makeup course. There are five scholarships available for up to $2,500.



The Ratner Companies Passion & Purpose
Open to new or current students attending any cosmetology school. There are four scholarships available for up to $3,125.

The International Spa Association Scholarship (NEW!)
The International Spa Association is granting eight $1,000 scholarships to new or currently enrolled students in: esthetics, massage therapy, makeup, or special effects makeup programs.


The Horst M. Rechelbacher Foundation Oncology Skincare Advanced Esthetic Scholarship (NEW!)
This scholarship is open to currently licensed estheticians. Estheticians must provide proof of licensure. There are four scholarships available for $2,000 towards the Oncology Spa Solutions Skincare program!
The Horst M. Rechelbacher Foundation Sustainable Success Advanced Cosmetology Scholarship (NEW!)
This scholarship is open to currently licensed cosmetologists. Cosmetologists must provide proof of licensure. There are two scholarships available for $2,200 for advanced education classes of the stylists choice!
