A licensed esthetician and owner of Brownstone Spa in Phoenix, Arizona, Stacy has been a trailblazer in the skincare industry. She graduated from the Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics in Tempe, Arizona, and opened her spa in 2018. Brownstone Spa was created as a welcoming space for people with melanin-rich skin tones, addressing the gap in education and representation Stacy witnessed as both a student and instructor in the field.
“My love for skincare began during school breaks with DIY spa treatments, and my first facial in 2011 was a turning point. It showed me that my dream of owning a spa could become a reality,” Stacy shared. “Joining Skin Script as an educator feels like coming full circle.”
Stacy’s career goes beyond skincare. She holds a Business degree in Human Resource Management from New Mexico State University and an MBA in Finance from Grand Canyon University. Her corporate background, including leadership roles in an investment company, enriched her with skills in project management, customer service, and policy oversight. She is also a co-founder of ACRES, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that empowers historically underserved communities by supporting entrepreneurs with tools, resources, and mentorship.
